A very pretty and functional knife. One of my favorite shapes, and the huon pine and wlanut burl are tied together perfectly with the red spacers. It’s the kind of knife that is fun and easy to use in the kitchen but which can then be taken to the table to carve the roast or cut the birthday cake. ( might have to make another one with a matching fork so that the roast can be carved in true style! )
