Small Paring Knife

Another pretty and functional knife. The thin blade will make this ideal for fine slicing and, again, it’s the kind of knife that is fun and easy to use in the kitchen but which can then be taken to the table to carve the roast or cut the birthday cake. There was a slight hiccup with the copper spacers so if that OCD is playing up and you like everything to line up exactly, this knife is going to cause you problems!
